株式会社アクア（以下「当社」）は、アプリ「職人の手しごと（Shokunin: Japanese Puzzles、アプリID: ai.aquainc.craftpuzzles）」と関連するWebサイト shokunin-puzzle.com（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

要点

アカウントはなく、お名前やメールアドレスはお預かりしません。アプリは端末ごとにランダムな匿名のIDを作ります。このIDは利用者の身元とは結びつきません。
当社のサーバーは、このIDを使って、景の配信、手形の枚数と開いた景の記録、広告の報酬と購入の確認、改ざんの防止を行います。広告やトラッキングには使いません。
進み具合や設定は端末に保存されます。
無料で遊ぶ場合、Google AdMob のリワード広告（任意）が表示されます。AdMob は広告の配信と効果測定のため、端末や利用に関する情報を取得します。
購入の支払いは Google または Apple が処理します。当社はカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取りません。
アクセス解析やクラッシュ収集のためのSDKは使っていません。

1. 端末に保存する情報

クリアした景、開いた景と受け取った景、手形の枚数、音・言語・振動の設定、遊び放題が有効かどうかの控え、匿名の端末IDを端末に保存します。設定とクリアした景は当社に送信されません。端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ、Android の自動バックアップ）をお使いの場合、OS が Apple または Google の規約に従ってこれらをバックアップに含めることがあります。

2. 当社のサーバーに保存する情報

アプリのサーバーは Cloudflare（Workers、D1、R2）で動いています。保存するのは次の情報だけです。

匿名の端末ID: アプリが作るランダムなID（UUID）。広告IDではなく、お名前・メールアドレスとは結びつきません。端末の種類（Android／iOS）と、登録・更新の日時とあわせて保存します。
手形と開いた景: 手形の枚数と、開いた景（作品、景のID、日時）。権利のある景だけを配信するために使います。
正規のアプリかの確認: 端末の登録時に、アプリは Google Play Integrity のトークン（Android）または Apple App Attest の証明（iOS）を送ります。サーバーはこれを確かめ、結果（端末を登録したこと）と、iOS では App Attest の鍵IDだけを保存します。トークン・証明そのものと詳しい判定は保存しません。
購入: 遊び放題について、ストアの購入の識別子（Google Play の購入トークン、または Apple の元の取引ID）、商品、プランの種類、有効期限、購入に付けた匿名の端末ID、その購入を使う端末（最大5台）。購入の確認と復元に使います。
広告の報酬: AdMob の報酬の取引ID、広告ユニット、日時。1回の視聴で手形が1回だけ増えるようにするために使います。

通信を届けるため、Cloudflare はIPアドレスなどの接続情報を同社の規約に従って処理します。当社のサーバーはIPアドレスを保存しません。

4. 広告（Google AdMob）と識別子

本アプリは Google AdMob を使い、リワード広告を表示します。広告は、利用者が見ると選んだときだけ表示されます。広告の読み込み・表示の際、Google および広告パートナーは、許可された場合の広告ID（Android の広告ID、iOS の IDFA）その他の端末・アプリの識別子、IPアドレスとそこから推定されるおおまかな位置、広告の表示・視聴・クリックの情報、端末・アプリ・診断の情報を処理することがあります。Google はこれらを、広告の配信、効果測定、不正防止、および同意がある場合の広告のパーソナライズに使います。詳しくはGoogleによるデータの使用とGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。当社は、広告IDや個人のプロフィールを Google から受け取りません。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスでは、最初の広告の前に、Google の User Messaging Platform で広告のためのデータ利用への同意をお尋ねします。同意しないこともできます。
オプトアウトの法律がある米国の州（カリフォルニア州など）では、ターゲティング広告のための個人情報の販売・共有をオプトアウトできる案内を表示します。
iOS では、Apple のトラッキングの許可を求めます。許可しない場合、広告はパーソナライズされずに表示されます。
同意の確認が必要な地域では、アプリの設定の「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも選択を変更・撤回できます。OS の設定でも、広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズ広告の停止ができます。
遊び放題をお使いの間は、広告は表示されません。

5. 購入

遊び放題は Google Play と App Store だけで販売します。支払いの処理と購入記録の保管は、Google または Apple が各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って行います。購入後、アプリはストアの購入トークン（Google）または署名付きの取引（Apple）を当社のサーバーに送り、サーバーがこれを確かめて（Google の場合は Google Play Developer API に問い合わせて）、上の2の購入の情報を保存します。お名前・メールアドレス・支払い情報は受け取りません。

6. Webサイト

shokunin-puzzle.com では、アクセス解析、広告タグ、Cookie を使っていません。選んだ表示言語だけを、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage）に保存します。サイトは Vercel が配信し、見出しのフォントを Google Fonts から読み込むため、閲覧時にIPアドレスなどの接続情報が各社に送られ、各社の規約に従って処理されます。

7. 外部サービスへの委託と第三者提供

当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、サーバーとデータ保存（Cloudflare）、Webサイトの配信（Vercel）、広告配信（Google）、購入の確認（Google、Apple）に情報の取り扱いを委託します。委託先には外国の事業者が含まれ、日本国外で情報が処理される場合があります。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供せず、販売もしません。

8. 子ども

本アプリは13歳未満（またはお住まいの国のデジタル同意年齢未満）の子どもを対象としておらず、Google Play のファミリー向けプログラムや Apple の Kids カテゴリには含まれません。子どもの個人情報を意図して集めることはありません。

9. 安全管理と保存期間

サーバーとの通信は HTTPS で暗号化し、端末についての要求にはその端末の署名付きトークンを必要とするなど、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。情報は利用目的に必要な期間保存し、不要になった情報は削除します。期限の切れた登録用の一時コードは自動で削除します。購入の記録は、購入の確認・復元や法令上の対応のため、必要な期間保存する場合があります。

10. 削除・開示などのご請求

アプリを削除すると、端末に保存した情報は消えます（OS のバックアップは OS の設定に従います）。端末IDは匿名のため、入れ直したアプリには新しいIDが付き、それまでの手形と開いた景は引き継げません（遊び放題は「購入を復元」で戻ります）。サーバーの情報の削除、ご本人の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等をご希望の場合は、サポートからご連絡ください。法令に従い対応します。

EEA・英国・スイスの方は、GDPR に基づくアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、データポータビリティ、異議申立ての権利と、監督機関に申し立てる権利があります。米国のカリフォルニア州などの方は、知る権利、削除・訂正を求める権利、販売・共有のオプトアウトの権利があります。権利の行使を理由に不利益な扱いはしません。広告に関するデータは、上の4の操作または Google の窓口からご請求ください。

12. 改定

This policy explains how AQUA Co., Ltd. (“we”) handles information in the app Shokunin: Japanese Puzzles (職人の手しごと, app ID ai.aquainc.craftpuzzles) and the website shokunin-puzzle.com (together, the “Service”).

In short

No account, no name or email. The App creates a random anonymous device ID that is not linked to your identity.
Our server uses that ID to deliver stages, keep your passes and opened stages, verify ad rewards and purchases, and prevent tampering. We do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Your progress and settings are stored on your device.
The free version shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, which collects some device and usage data to serve and measure ads.
Payments are handled by Google or Apple. We never see your card details.
We use no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.

1. On your device

The App stores your cleared stages, opened and downloaded stages, number of passes, sound/language/vibration settings, whether Unlimited is active, and the anonymous device ID. Your settings and cleared stages are not sent to us. If you use iCloud Backup or Android Auto Backup, your OS may include this data in your device backup under Apple’s or Google’s terms.

2. On our server

The App’s server runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). It stores only:

Anonymous device ID: A random ID (UUID) created by the App. It is not your advertising ID and is not linked to your name or email. Stored with the platform (Android or iOS) and when it was registered and updated.
Passes and opened stages: Your number of passes and which stages you have opened (puzzle, stage ID, time), so that only stages you are entitled to are delivered.
Genuine-app check: When a device registers, the App sends a Google Play Integrity token (Android) or an Apple App Attest attestation (iOS). The server checks it and keeps only the outcome and, on iOS, the App Attest key ID. The token, attestation and detailed verdict are not stored.
Purchases: For Unlimited: the store’s purchase identifier (Google Play purchase token or Apple original transaction ID), product, plan type, expiry, the anonymous device ID attached to the purchase, and which devices (up to 5) use it. Used to verify and restore purchases.
Ad rewards: The AdMob reward transaction ID, ad unit and time, so that each watched ad adds passes only once.

To deliver requests, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address under its own terms. Our server does not store IP addresses.

3. Purposes

4. Advertising (Google AdMob) and identifiers

The App shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob, only when you choose to watch one. When an ad is loaded and shown, Google and its ad partners may process the advertising ID (Android advertising ID, or IDFA on iOS when you permit it) and other device or app identifiers, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, ad interaction data, and device, app and diagnostic information. Google uses this to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, with your consent, personalize ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive your advertising ID or any profile from Google.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: before the first ad, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks whether you agree to the use of data for ads. You can decline.
US states with opt-out laws (such as California): a message lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted ads.
iOS: Apple’s tracking permission is requested. If you decline, ads are shown without personalization.
Where consent applies, change or withdraw your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset the advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your OS settings.
With Unlimited, no ads are shown.

5. Purchases

Unlimited is sold only through Google Play and the App Store. Google or Apple processes your payment and keeps purchase records under its own privacy policy. After a purchase, the App sends the store’s purchase token (Google) or signed transaction (Apple) to our server, which verifies it (for Google, with the Google Play Developer API) and stores the purchase information in section 2. We do not receive your name, email or payment details.

6. Website

shokunin-puzzle.com uses no analytics, no ad tags and no cookies. Only your chosen display language is saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage). The site is served by Vercel and loads heading fonts from Google Fonts, so connection data such as your IP address is sent to them and handled under their terms.

7. Service providers and sharing

To provide the Service we use Cloudflare (server and storage), Vercel (website), Google (ads) and Google and Apple (purchase verification). Some are based outside Japan, and your data may be processed in other countries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not give it to third parties without your consent except where the law requires.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country) and is not part of Google Play’s Families program or Apple’s Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security and retention

Communication with our server is encrypted with HTTPS, and requests about a device must carry that device’s signed token. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and delete what is no longer needed; expired one-time registration codes are deleted automatically. Purchase records may be kept as long as needed to verify and restore purchases and to meet legal obligations.

10. Deletion and your rights

Deleting the App removes the data on your device (OS backups follow your OS settings). Because the device ID is anonymous, a reinstalled App gets a new ID and earlier passes and opened stages cannot be carried over; Unlimited comes back with “Restore purchases”. To ask us to delete server data, or to access, correct or stop the use of your information, contact us through Support. We respond as the law requires.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you have rights under the GDPR to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to your data protection authority. In California and other US states you may have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. For advertising data, use the controls in section 4 or contact Google.
