利用規約

1. 対象

この規約は、株式会社アクア（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリ「職人の手しごと（Shokunin: Japanese Puzzles）」（以下「本アプリ」）と、紹介・サポート用のWebサイト（shokunin-puzzle.com）の利用に適用します。本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は利用しないでください。ダウンロードと購入には、Google Play 利用規約または Apple メディアサービス利用規約も適用されます。

2. 利用許諾と権利

当社は利用者に、本アプリを利用者の端末で個人的・非商用の目的に使うための、譲渡できず独占的でない利用権を許諾します。本アプリの景、画像、音楽、文章、プログラム等の権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。引用その他法令で認められる利用を妨げるものではありません。

3. 遊び方と手形

本アプリには「灯」「金継ぎ」「枯山水」の3作が入っています。各作品の最初の10景は無料で、ずっと遊べます。
それ以外の景を初めて開くには、手形（パス）が1枚必要です。クリア済みの景と、一度開いた景は、手形なしで何度でも遊べます。
任意のリワード広告を最後まで1回見ると、手形が2枚もらえます。広告の視聴は任意です。広告を表示できない場合は、手形を付与せずに景を開くことがあります。
手形は購入できず、現金・賞品への交換、利用者間の譲渡・売買もできません。アプリの削除やデータの初期化で失われることがあります。
ヒントとやり直しは無料です。アカウントの登録は必要ありません。
最初の10景と一度開いた景は、通信なしで遊べます。新しい景を開く、広告を見る、購入するときは通信が必要です。

4. 遊び放題（有料プラン）

「遊び放題」は、広告と手形をなくし、すべての景を開けるようにするプランです。月額（自動更新）と永久（1回払い）があります。日本での価格は、月額500円（税込）、永久1,000円（税込）です。ほかの国の価格は各ストアに表示されます。
支払いは Google Play または App Store の決済で行い、購入の確定時に各ストアのアカウントに請求されます。
月額は、現在の期間が終わる前に解約しない限り、毎月自動で更新されます（App Store では期間終了の24時間前までに解約してください）。解約は各ストアのアカウント設定から行います。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。解約後も、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで利用できます。
永久は1回払いで、本アプリの提供が続く間、利用できます。
新しい端末や再インストールの後は、アプリの設定の「購入を復元」で遊び放題を戻せます。購入したときと同じ Google アカウントまたは Apple ID が必要です。
返金は、各ストアの方針と手続きに従います。詳しくは特定商取引法に基づく表記をご覧ください。
当社は、アップデートで景や作品を追加することがありますが、特定の内容・時期・数を約束するものではありません。価格を変更することがあり、既存の月額の値上げは各ストアが案内します。
未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得てから購入してください。

5. 禁止事項

次の行為を禁止します。

法令で認められる場合を除く、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布
購入、広告の報酬、手形、景の配信の仕組みの改ざんや、不正な手段・自動化による取得
広告の不正なクリックや視聴
サーバーへの不正なアクセスや過度な負荷
第三者の権利の侵害、法令に反する利用

違反を確認した場合、当社は景の配信や購入の利用を停止することがあります。

6. 提供地域

本アプリは、中国本土とベトナムを除く国・地域で提供します。iOS版は準備中です。

7. 個人情報

利用者の情報はプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

8. 変更・停止・終了と責任

保守、通信障害、機能やデータの更新等により、本アプリやWebサイトの提供状況が変わる場合があります。当社はこの規約や本アプリを変更することがあり、重要な変更はこのページと、必要に応じてアプリ内でお知らせします。本アプリの提供を終了する場合は、事前に終了日と対応を案内します。

当社は、保存した進み具合が失われないことや、本アプリが中断なく動作することを保証しません。当社の責任については適用法令に従い、法令上認められる利用者の権利（消費者としての権利を含みます）を制限しません。

9. 準拠法

この規約は日本法に準拠します。お住まいの国の消費者保護に関する強行法規の適用を妨げるものではありません。

サポートまたは contact@shokunin-puzzle.com へお願いします。パスワード、カード番号、銀行口座、本人確認書類は送らないでください。会社の所在地等は特定商取引法に基づく表記をご覧ください。

1. Scope

These terms apply to the smartphone app Shokunin: Japanese Puzzles (職人の手しごと, the “App”) and its information and support website (shokunin-puzzle.com), provided by AQUA Co., Ltd. (“we”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms also apply to your download and purchases.

2. License and rights

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. All rights in the App’s stages, art, music, text and code belong to us or their rightful owners. Nothing here limits uses the law allows, such as quotation.

3. How the App works

The App contains three puzzles: Akari, Kintsugi and Karesansui. The first 10 stages of each are free, for good.
Opening any other stage for the first time takes one pass. Cleared stages and stages you have already opened can be replayed without passes.
Watching one optional rewarded ad to the end gives 2 passes. Ads are always optional. If an ad cannot be shown, we may open the stage without giving passes.
Passes cannot be bought, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold. They may be lost if you delete the App or reset its data.
Hints and restarts are free. No account is needed.
The first 10 stages and any stage you have opened play offline. Opening new stages, ads and purchases need a connection.

4. Unlimited (paid plan)

Unlimited removes ads and passes and lets you open every stage. It comes as a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices vary by country and are shown in the store.
Payment is made through Google Play or the App Store and is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
The monthly plan renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the current period ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). Cancel in your store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel it. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime plan is a single payment and stays active for as long as the App is provided.
On a new device or after reinstalling, use “Restore purchases” in the App’s settings. You need the same Google account or Apple ID used for the purchase.
Refunds follow the store’s policies and procedures.
We may add stages and puzzles in updates, but we do not promise any particular content, schedule or number. Prices may change; the store tells you about a price increase for an existing subscription.
If you are a minor, get permission from a parent or guardian before buying.

5. Prohibited conduct

Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the App, except as the law allows
Tampering with purchases, ad rewards, passes or stage delivery, or obtaining them by cheats or automation
Fraudulent ad clicks or views
Unauthorized access to, or excessive load on, our servers
Infringing others’ rights or using the App unlawfully

If we find a breach, we may stop stage delivery or purchases for that device.

6. Availability

The App is offered in all countries and regions except mainland China and Vietnam. The iOS version is in preparation.

7. Personal information

We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes, suspension and liability

Maintenance, network problems or updates may change how the App and website are provided. We may update these terms or the App; material changes are posted on this page and, where needed, in the App. If we end the App, we will announce the end date and what happens next in advance.

We do not guarantee that saved progress will never be lost or that the App will run without interruption. Our liability is governed by applicable law, and nothing here limits rights you have under the law, including consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
